Provide administrative support to litigation attorneys including drafting and formatting legal documents, e-filing with courts, trial preparation, calendar and billing management, conflicts checks and heavy file maintenance.

Research and analyze potential conflicts of interest for new business and hires using Hoover's/D&B, Secretary of State sites, Intapp, and internet resources. Run and validate conflict searches, prepare and verify conflict reports, update and maintain the conflicts database, respond to attorney/staff requests, review junior analysts (senior role), and support process and technology improvements. Role requires late-day schedules and availability for urgent confidential matters.

Perform conflicts-of-interest research and analysis for potential matters and new hires using Hoover's/D&B, Intapp, and public records. Validate and document party information, prepare accurate conflicts reports, assist attorneys and staff, maintain Intapp data, and support process improvements. May handle urgent/confidential matters, evening schedules, and mentor or review junior analysts for senior roles.
