Lead data and systems analysis within Agile delivery teams: gather and document business and technical requirements, create and validate detailed user stories and data specifications, run workshops, manage Jira backlog, liaise with data suppliers/consumers, and support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.

Lead the development of backend platforms for national security and defence clients, leveraging cloud technologies and Agile methodologies, while ensuring operational responsibility for services and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Lead development and operation of secure AWS and cloud-based infrastructure, applications, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments. Responsibilities include automation, testing, container orchestration, incident resolution, environment maintenance, backup and recovery planning, documentation, and mentoring technical teams. The role requires administering Linux and Windows systems, supporting distributed databases and event-streaming platforms, and making key technical decisions for secure enterprise data platforms.
