Lead technical business analyst responsible for translating business goals into technical requirements, specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models. Collaborates with product, architecture, engineering, QA, clients, and stakeholders on cloud-native, event-driven, microservices-based platforms. Supports domain modelling, API and integration analysis, backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, test planning, UAT, and release readiness across secure public-sector and regulated-industry projects.

Lead the development of backend platforms for national security and defence clients, leveraging cloud technologies and Agile methodologies, while ensuring operational responsibility for services and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Lead development and operation of secure AWS and cloud-based infrastructure, applications, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments. Responsibilities include automation, testing, container orchestration, incident resolution, environment maintenance, backup and recovery planning, documentation, and mentoring technical teams. The role requires administering Linux and Windows systems, supporting distributed databases and event-streaming platforms, and making key technical decisions for secure enterprise data platforms.
