Lead data and systems analysis within Agile delivery teams: gather and document business and technical requirements, create and validate detailed user stories and data specifications, run workshops, manage Jira backlog, liaise with data suppliers/consumers, and support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.

Lead architecture and delivery of secure, scalable cloud-native microservices across multi-cloud environments. Design solutions using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka and Kubernetes; champion DDD and event-driven design; mentor engineers; enforce best practices for CI/CD, observability, testing, and security; collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security to drive platform evolution and incident resolution.

Lead the development of backend platforms for national security and defence clients, leveraging cloud technologies and Agile methodologies, while ensuring operational responsibility for services and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
