Lead visual ideation and art direction across campaigns, platforms, and brand experiences. Develop visual languages, oversee film shoots, guide creative teams, present concepts to clients, and maintain quality from concept through delivery. Collaborate with writers, strategists, designers, producers, editors, and freelancers while contributing to pitches and proactive ideas. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and evolving AI tools to create high-quality, culturally relevant work.

Manages key client accounts and leads day-to-day delivery across creative, brand, digital, social, experiential, and other agency workstreams. Responsibilities include coordinating teams and stakeholders, preparing presentations and project plans, running meetings, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The role also advocates for clients, supports agency processes, and contributes to creative and financial performance.

Owns group financial reporting, month-end close, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, payroll oversight, tax compliance, treasury, intercompany accounting, and UK entity reporting. The role leads three finance staff, partners with agency teams on commercial optimization, manages controls and approvals, and improves finance workflows through technology and AI automation. Responsibilities span Australian, Canadian, US, and UK entities across multiple currencies.
