Support the CEO with scheduling, inbox follow-up, administrative coordination, recruiting workflows, event strategy, vendor coordination, research, and special projects. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, written communication, and the ability to create structure in a fast-moving startup. It is an in-person position in San Francisco with broad responsibility across executive operations, office management, recruiting, and events.

Build and own the platform: implement CI/CD, shared dev/staging environments, deployment hosting, API gateway and auth middleware, and audit/event logging pipelines. Codify infrastructure as code, design deployment workflows, ensure observability, and define operational patterns for the engineering team.

Design and evaluate cryptographic foundations for identity, access, key management, and privacy-preserving protocols. Turn security requirements into practical, durable mechanisms, build credential and key management infrastructure, and assess systems against realistic attack models.

Conduct research on agent behavior and systems solving identity, delegation, permissions, memory, provenance, and auditability. Move from papers and unclear questions to building code, experiments, prototypes, and deployable systems that demonstrate and validate solutions.
