Ensure performance, code quality, testing, documentation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications on AWS. Contribute across the SDLC, implement RESTful REST APIs, apply multi-threading and design patterns, optimize JVM behavior, work with relational databases (JPA/Hibernate), and integrate with messaging systems (Kafka/JMS). Collaborate with distributed teams and use Git, Maven/Gradle and CI practices.
