Develop and grow a logistics sales territory focused on Puerto Rico trade. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, scheduling sales meetings, generating leads, building customer relationships, presenting freight solutions, maintaining CRM records, coordinating marketing activities, and achieving revenue targets. The role sells domestic, international, 3PL, ocean freight, and LCL services to shippers, manufacturers, and freight forwarders.

Manage refrigerated cargo movement and export documentation, including container scheduling, tracking, customs clearance, inspections, deliveries, vendor coordination, invoice review, and issue resolution. The role collaborates with carriers, forwarders, trucking companies, cold storage facilities, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective international logistics operations.

Coordinate warehouse schedules, cargo loading, transportation bookings, container movements, vessel schedules, vendor communications, and logistics charges. Analyze operational impacts, negotiate vendor discounts, support product availability and scheduling optimization, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced international logistics environment.
