Prepare, distribute, maintain, and track export documentation for international shipments. Responsibilities include preparing invoices and bills of lading, processing approvals, ensuring timely document delivery, responding to customer inquiries, following up with clients, supporting client services, and coordinating document releases with the credit team.

Coordinate daily office operations, supplies, facilities vendors, employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, meetings, visitors, events, and administrative documentation. Support the implementation and maintenance of Colombia’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System, including inspections, risk prevention, emergency preparedness, compliance records, and audits. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, strong organization, customer service, discretion, and English proficiency.

Verify inbound and outbound freight paperwork, appointments, payments, quantities, temperatures, labels, receipts, overpacks, and load closures. Direct inbound loads to appropriate docks, release loaded containers to ports, assist truckers, follow warehouse quality procedures and SOPs, and provide customer service. The role requires warehouse shipping and receiving experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, English communication skills, and flexibility to work in temperature-controlled environments and overtime.
