Owns end-to-end operational procurement for a component category, managing purchase orders, supplier performance, shortages, escalations, costs, quality, and on-time delivery. Acts as the primary supplier contact and coordinates with planning, quality, logistics, finance, and manufacturing teams. The role also drives process improvements, digitalization, supplier visits, and production continuity across multiple sites.

Owns end-to-end operational procurement for component categories, managing purchase orders, supplier delivery, shortages, escalations, cost optimization, quality, and production continuity. The role coordinates with Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams, drives supplier and process improvements, and supports digitalization. It requires manufacturing procurement experience, ERP and Excel proficiency, strong ownership, international communication skills, and willingness to visit suppliers and production sites in China.

Lead the strategy, development, and operations of Ajax Systems’ physical infrastructure, including offices, factories, warehouses, and other facilities. Responsibilities include launching new locations from planning through opening, maintaining safe and fully operational sites, managing budgets and vendors, developing scalable standards, and improving efficiency and employee experience. The role requires executive leadership across complex real estate, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, and corporate infrastructure portfolios.
