Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow projections, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial performance and variances, monitor costs, and recommend resource optimization. The role supports financial closing, reporting controls, process automation, financial modeling, business cases, valuations, and data-driven management decisions within an international manufacturing environment.

Lead a two-person accounting and finance team for the Turkish manufacturing entity. Own tax, statutory, IFRS, and group reporting; oversee Big 4 audits, SAP implementation, customs reconciliations, inventory controls, payroll reviews, transfer pricing, profitability, and Free Zone compliance. Liaise with Turkish tax authorities, customs officials, and Free Zone administration while ensuring accurate accounting and supporting broader business objectives.

Collects, cleans, transforms, and analyzes data from databases, ERP systems, Google Sheets, APIs, and cloud platforms. Develops Power BI reports and dashboards, automates recurring reporting and ETL pipelines, performs advanced SQL analysis, documents data sources and KPI logic, and provides ad-hoc business support. Communicates insights through effective data visualizations and storytelling to support business decisions.
