Manages large healthcare construction projects from planning through closeout, overseeing staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, documentation, invoices, change orders, procurement, reporting, and final payments. The role requires stakeholder relationship management, subcontractor supervision, financial oversight, and coordination of estimating and early-release packages to maintain project schedules.

Leads and supports preconstruction activities from project pursuit through construction commencement. Manages project risks, schedules, estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews, team communication, client relationships, proposals, and subcontractor coordination. The role develops win strategies, mentors preconstruction teams, supports business development, aligns project transition plans, and improves corporate preconstruction processes.
