Coordinate the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across complex data centre projects. Responsibilities include technical design coordination, drawing and submission review, site inspections, contractor and supplier coordination, risk and issue resolution, installation quality oversight, commissioning support, integrated systems testing, and handover documentation. The role also supports project planning, programme management, health and safety, and compliance with technical standards and mission-critical resilience requirements.

Provides administrative support to the Regional Director and local office. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining contact lists, ordering office supplies, booking travel, and assisting with miscellaneous office tasks. The role requires strong organization, punctuality, communication, telephone etiquette, intermediate computer skills, and familiarity with standard office equipment.

Supports an international division by advising leaders across the employee lifecycle, including employee and labor relations, performance management, compensation, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, training, and change management. Coaches managers, oversees development programs, manages HR risks, supports restructures, administers compensation changes, facilitates conflict resolution, and leads HR-related projects and process improvements.
