Supports healthcare construction projects by coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, manpower, materials, submittals, RFIs, schedules, cost controls, document changes, quality reviews, punch lists, and project closeout. The role also assists senior leadership, conducts project audits, provides technology training, and supports safety management across statewide Central New Jersey projects.

Provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support for construction preconstruction activities, including bidding, estimating, budgeting, document control, subcontractor prequalification, meeting coordination, reporting, and project documentation. Works with estimators, project executives, architects, owners, suppliers, and trade partners throughout project pursuit and turnover.

Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, support, release management, integrations, data quality, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Partners with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, drive adoption, evaluate AI capabilities, manage vendors and quarterly releases, and ensure reliable employee data and enterprise integrations. Leads and develops the Oracle HCM team while maintaining strong controls, documentation, and service delivery standards.
