Responsibilities include architecture, coding, code review, incident response, roadmap planning, delivery risk management, process improvement, and engineer coaching. The role partners with Product, Design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver reliable services, improve testing and deployment practices, and maintain strong engineering standards across distributed international teams.

Leads the global architecture of performance management, compensation frameworks, learning and development, organizational culture, leadership enablement, and high-potential talent programs. The role owns performance cycles, salary bands, merit and bonus processes, engagement surveys, succession planning, executive coaching, and data-driven measurement of talent initiatives across distributed international teams.
