Maintain dashboards and tracking documentation, identify anomalies and drop-offs, and escalate actionable findings to Product. Support ad hoc analysis, live app testing, competitor benchmarking, and research for funnel optimization and product recommendations.

Maintain employee data, HRIS records, tracking sheets, and organized employment documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding administration, monitor probation records, reconcile data, prepare reports, and complete ad-hoc People Operations tasks while protecting sensitive information and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.

Support business growth initiatives through data analysis, market research, growth campaign execution, competitor benchmarking, and KPI reporting. The intern will analyze market trends, monitor wealth-tech competitors, assist with campaigns, and track metrics such as total payment volume and growth rate in a fast-paced fintech environment.
