Support business growth initiatives through data analysis, market research, growth campaign execution, competitor benchmarking, and KPI reporting. The intern will analyze market trends, monitor wealth-tech competitors, assist with campaigns, and track metrics such as total payment volume and growth rate in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Process and reconcile monthly payroll, maintain employee master data, prepare tax (PPh 21) reports and tax slips, support BPJS administration, perform manual payroll calculations in Excel and HRIS, and handle payroll-related administrative tasks.

Strengthen IT governance and regulatory compliance in a securities environment. Perform IT risk assessments, monitor IT General Controls, support audits and remediation, maintain IT policies and frameworks, and act as liaison between IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators.
