Provide high-quality client servicing and administration for customers of an investment platform. Handle customer queries, use Excel and other IT tools, meet deadlines, work independently when required, and complete company training to build product and service knowledge. Deliver excellent written and verbal communication and support team operations.

Lead engineering strategy and execution across multiple teams, coach leaders, improve delivery and operational excellence, enforce security and regulatory compliance, drive automation/AI-enabled tooling, and partner with Product, Design and vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality investment platform services.

Lead the migration of reporting from SSRS to Snowflake, design scalable data models and semantic layers, build performant SQL transformations, introduce best practices (version control, CI/CD, testing), mentor BI developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to modernise reporting and governance.
