Design, build, maintain and evolve cloud-based data platform and ELT pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders, implement data models and replication, ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and introduce new tooling.

Lead engineering strategy and execution across multiple teams, coach leaders, improve delivery and operational excellence, enforce security and regulatory compliance, drive automation/AI-enabled tooling, and partner with Product, Design and vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality investment platform services.

Lead the migration of reporting from SSRS to Snowflake, design scalable data models and semantic layers, build performant SQL transformations, introduce best practices (version control, CI/CD, testing), mentor BI developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to modernise reporting and governance.
