Lead and coach a Product Development team across multiple agile digital feature teams. Establish standards for product definition, requirements, acceptance criteria, refinement, and delivery readiness. Partner with Product, UX, Technology, and Project Management to translate strategy and customer needs into high-quality digital products, resolve ambiguity, manage dependencies, and align priorities. Influence stakeholders, support decision-making, and improve product development practices in a regulated financial services environment.
