AJ Bell Benefits Overview

Lead AJ Bell’s privacy operations and continuously improve privacy processes, controls, workflows, records, and tooling. Coordinate DPIAs, processing activity records, retention and deletion, data subject rights, personal data discovery, incident management, and service desk workflows. Partner with Data Protection, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business teams to ensure actions are completed and evidenced. Produce management information on privacy performance, request volumes, deletion activity, controls, and overdue actions.

Lead AJ Bell’s company-wide Reward strategy across executive remuneration, employee pay, incentives, benefits, and share plans. Advise senior leadership, the Remuneration Committee, and Board on compensation decisions, governance, disclosures, and regulatory compliance. Manage annual salary and bonus reviews, benchmarking, pay structures, employee benefits, and executive incentive arrangements including LTIPs. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.

Lead and execute manual and automated testing across UI, APIs, workflows, third-party integrations, and end-to-end processes. Design and maintain BDD automation frameworks, test APIs, investigate defects, support UAT and production releases, and contribute to Agile delivery. Coach and delegate work to other testers, collaborate with technical leads, interpret requirements, and help establish effective automation strategies using tools such as Cypress, TypeScript, Jenkins, Git, and AWS CodePipeline.
