Support the product team by creating, editing, and maintaining product content and training materials; manage training schedules and content library; assist product readiness and deployments, including training planning, impact analysis, and deadlines; prepare reports and presentations; collaborate with SMEs and designers; use AI tools to accelerate content creation while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance (GMP/ISO).
