Lead the App Layer Platform team to deliver a reliable, scalable, and secure app platform. Own roadmap, operational excellence, customer escalations, platform optimization, delivery, team development, and AI tooling adoption while collaborating across timezones.

Own and deliver group consolidation and IFRS financial reporting, lead monthly/quarterly close, own revenue recognition under IFRS 15, manage external audits, represent tax positions in financial statements, prepare group and investor reporting, and continuously improve reporting processes and controls.

Provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise developers using Aiven-managed open-source data technologies across public clouds. Troubleshoot PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka and OpenSearch issues, communicate with customers, escalate complex problems, reproduce bugs in Jira, contribute to knowledge bases, and optionally assist with Python automation and feature development while working APAC shift patterns.
