Lead ownership of People tech stack and AI roadmap to automate HR processes, integrate HRIS/ATS/Jira with Aiven Atlas, build analytics and predictive models, deploy agentic AI responsibly, and drive AI literacy across the People function.

Own go-to-market for Aivens core open-source products: develop positioning and competitive messaging for technical buyers, produce sales enablement content, run competitive intelligence and webinars, plan product launches, and align with DevRel, demand gen, and sales to convert developer adoption into enterprise deals.

Own and optimize the end-to-end self-serve user lifecycle from sign-up to activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. Design nurture programs, in-product messaging, segmentation frameworks, and monetization interventions. Partner with Product and Data to define activation/health signals, build automated responses, and report on activation, conversion, expansion, and churn metrics.
