Lead pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements to help customers adopt Aiven's managed open-source services. Conduct proofs-of-concept, ensure customer stability and enablement, support sales processes, create technical content (blogs, webinars, talks), and travel up to 20% to build and maintain customer relationships.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to generate and qualify leads, build pipeline, and close deals. Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with marketing and operations to drive customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.

Lead a Sales Operations team within RevOps to own forecasting, pipeline health, territory and quota planning, and automated self-service intelligence. Build LLM-based automations and agentic workflows on Salesforce, partner with regional Sales VPs and Finance, and coach a small distributed team to replace manual requests with automated insights.
