The role requires hands-on systems design and coding, technical authority across service domains, roadmap coordination, executive communication, and mentoring senior engineers without formal management responsibility.

Drive full-cycle B2B SaaS sales across an assigned EMEA territory, generating pipeline, acquiring new technology-company customers, and expanding usage. Responsibilities include prospecting, account research, executive engagement, solution selling, MEDDPICC qualification, forecasting, negotiation, and closing. The role requires collaboration with solution architects, customer success, product, and engineering teams, territory planning, event participation, and expertise in cloud data infrastructure and open-source technologies.

Own success, adoption, satisfaction, and growth for Aiven’s EMEA OEM partners after onboarding. Lead QBRs, create joint success plans, coordinate launches of new services, track partner health, manage escalations, and represent partner needs internally while collaborating with Engineering, Presales, and Marketing.
