Coordinates stop-loss claim submissions, tracks filings and reimbursements, researches claim disputes, maintains submission records, and supports payment reconciliation. Communicates with clients, brokers, carriers, and internal teams while monitoring reimbursement dollars and ensuring timely claim payments. The role also manages carrier relationships, updates procedural requirements, prepares reporting, and resolves customer service issues. Requires healthcare claims or related experience, knowledge of medical and dental benefits, strong Excel skills, negotiation ability, and independent decision-making.
