Lead government-side program management for a 10-month enterprise platform transition and data migration program in a federal IL4 environment. Responsibilities include managing integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, governance, reporting, stage-gate readiness, cutover, stabilization, testing, and go-live decisions across information systems, HR, communications, functional, technical, and change-management workstreams.
