The Incident Management Lead directs enterprise-wide incident response, manages advanced cyber defense operations, and guides teams in cybersecurity threat responses.

Support DoD customer engagement as the face of the IT office, liaising between customers and IT providers. Perform daily rounds, monitor trouble tickets, deliver desk-side training, report support metrics, assist project management for moves and network projects, capture feedback, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Perform intelligence analysis and produce written and visual findings to support fraud and corruption investigations. Compile and analyze diverse data sources, build profiles and link analyses, support subpoenas/affidavits, provide on-site analytical assistance, and collaborate with investigators and task forces to develop actionable leads and support prosecutions.
