Supports a 24/7 cyber watch environment by reviewing and classifying complaints, assessing cyber incidents, monitoring emerging threats, validating records, conducting open- and closed-source research, and preparing preliminary analytical conclusions. The role also provides quality control, ensures data compliance, reviews work products, supports investigations and intelligence activities, and performs administrative contract duties.

Leads an enterprise cloud migration program from on-premises data centers to Azure and AWS. Owns program performance, cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk management, customer relationships, contractual delivery, reporting, staffing, and the Integrated Master Schedule. Directs migration leadership teams, coordinates concurrent workstreams, manages subcontractor invoices, and serves as the primary customer escalation point. The position is remote and contingent on contract award.

Operate and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 services, including monitoring, identity, networking, compute, storage, collaboration, governance, backups, access, and capacity management. Investigate incidents and performance issues, implement approved changes, support releases, document configurations, create runbooks and dashboards, and assist with service transitions. Collaborate with project teams, users, engineers, and vendors while following ticketing, change-control, service-level, and knowledge-management processes.
