Develop and modernize full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular. Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development, generate tests, and support modernization while ensuring adherence to security, AWS, and PostgreSQL standards. Review, debug, optimize, and architect AI-generated code; collaborate on complex initiatives and mentor teams. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and on-site work in Washington, DC.

Leads stakeholder engagement, application assessments, migration planning, requirements validation, dependency analysis, readiness confirmation, and customer acceptance. Coordinates engineers, testers, coordinators, and subject matter experts throughout application migration or modernization projects. Tracks risks, issues, capacity, progress, and blockers while reporting to program leadership. Bridges technical and business stakeholders, facilitates executive decisions, and provides functional leadership across complex federal or enterprise initiatives.

Designs, implements, and operates Microsoft Azure infrastructure across compute, networking, and storage. Modernizes infrastructure repositories, manages IaC and PowerShell automation, configures CI/CD pipelines, remediates cloud security findings, and optimizes performance, reliability, and cost. The role collaborates with development and operations teams on cloud modernization, migration, governance, compliance, and troubleshooting while providing Azure best-practice guidance.
