Oversee data centre technical services, critical-environment maintenance, compliance, customer operations, vendors, budgets, and site safety. Lead technical teams, coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs, support construction and commissioning, manage capacity and operational documentation, maintain certifications and regulatory compliance, handle customer provisioning, and drive efficiency and continuous improvement across power, cooling, fire, security, and building systems.

Own Japan’s end-to-end people and culture operations, advising employees and managers on performance, conduct, policies, employee relations, and compliance. Administer the full employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, social insurance, HRIS processes, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records. Support Japanese employment-law compliance, health and safety activities, HR projects, and continuous process improvement while partnering with regional People, Legal, Payroll, vendors, and leadership teams.

Leads corporate communications across Singapore, Malaysia, and India, translating regional strategy into market plans and messaging. Responsibilities include executive communications, media relations, thought leadership, campaigns, social and internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. The role advises senior leaders, builds media and government relationships, manages agencies, and explains complex infrastructure, energy, and policy topics clearly across diverse markets.
