Senior Mechanical Systems Specialist serving as the HVAC SME for hyperscale data centres. Provide operational expertise, design review, commissioning support, vendor management, CFD-based airflow analysis, asset strategy, incident and change management, and work with controls/electrical teams to optimize PUE/WUE and operational resilience.

Lead design and delivery of scalable AI and data platforms including LLM and agentic systems, RAG, and Databricks-based lakehouse architectures. Architect batch and streaming pipelines, implement MLOps/DataOps, establish standards and guardrails, embed Responsible AI and governance, and mentor engineers while driving cross-functional delivery and platform reliability.

Lead regional site acquisition strategy for hyperscale data centre expansion. Drive land sourcing, masterplanning, permitting, due diligence, and commercial negotiations. Build and scale a multidisciplinary team, influence executive decisions, manage site pipeline and risk, and engage governments, utilities, and partners to secure development-ready, commercially viable sites across the region.
