Lead Airtm’s security strategy, engineering, incident response, cloud and application security, detection, compliance, vendor risk, crypto key security, and AI security programs. Build and mentor the security team, establish secure development practices, oversee SOC 2 and related audits, manage incidents and vulnerabilities, and advise executives, engineers, regulators, and partners on security risk.

Own analytics and data infrastructure, including SQL/dbt foundations, Tableau dashboards, experimentation, statistical analysis, and KPI development. Design and deploy AI agent workflows using LLMs to automate reporting, data summarization, insight generation, maintenance, and modeling tasks. Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
