Lead the Airthings for Business engineering team, owning technical direction, architecture, reliability, security, scalability, delivery, and technical debt. Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance, and team wellbeing while partnering with Product, Design, and broader R&D. Guide cloud, SaaS, data platform, integrations, and B2B engineering efforts; establish engineering practices, ensure compliance and incident readiness, and translate business strategy into executable technical plans.

Develop and maintain low-power embedded software for Airthings sensor products.
