Airtasker seeks a mid-level Product Designer to elevate customer experience, coordinate across teams, and use AI creatively in design. Responsibilities include end-to-end problem ownership, prototyping, user research, and contributing to the Airtasker Design System.

Lead end-to-end delivery of product features using spec-first, agent-driven workflows. Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems and agent/human handoffs, curate repo and architecture context, partner with Product/Data/Design, mentor engineers, and drive technical strategy and stakeholder engagement.

Support the Global Media Strategist to coordinate end-to-end ATL campaign delivery across Australia, UK and US. Manage asset coordination, liaise with media partners, build and QA campaign performance reports and visualisations, assist with budget tracking and invoice reconciliation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media tracking with broader marketing objectives.

Build and operate the data infrastructure powering reporting, analytics, and AI. Design and maintain dbt models, Dagster pipelines, and ingestion connectors. Scale AWS-based data infrastructure with Terraform, improve orchestration reliability, enable self-service analytics, enforce data quality via CI/CD and testing, and collaborate with analysts and data scientists to support production ML use cases.

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle and people operations, own onboarding/offboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, run workplace experience and WHS programs, coordinate events and people initiatives, partner with leaders to improve processes using technology and AI.
