Manage MarTech, Marketing Ops, and Airtable campaign systems, evolve AI-native ops, govern AI responsibly, and drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives while staying hands-on with agent development and data-driven pipeline intelligence.

Lead and scale Airtablecommunity programs (Builder Crews), grow engagement across community and social channels, and build operational systems, playbooks, and dashboards. Recruit and support local leaders, run campaigns to drive AI adoption, measure community health, and automate workflows to increase efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to launch programs and report on impact.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and solutions for business decision-making, improving data warehouse performance, and ensuring data accuracy.
