As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will manage system integrations between Airspace's platform and customer systems, ensuring effective data flow and technical specifications while collaborating with engineering and customer teams.

Administer accurate, on-time global payroll across Airspace entities and EOR platforms. Ensure compliance with international tax, social security, and retirement rules; manage vendors and payroll vendors; maintain controls, documentation, and audits; respond to employee payroll inquiries; partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to improve and automate payroll processes.

Translate complex customer SOPs into precise, JSON-defined workflows and configure mobile driver workflows. Partner with onboarding, product, and operations to gather requirements, test and evolve configurations, build reusable components, and measure workflow adherence and automation to improve service reliability.
