Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, approvals, payments, driver payments, employee expenses, vendor records, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Support month-end close, 1099 processing, vendor credits, and ad hoc projects. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manages driver engagement across regional performance tiers, providing high-touch support, onboarding guidance, performance monitoring, case management, and authorized deactivation. Maintains Salesforce records, triages escalations, partners with network and training teams, identifies performance issues, and provides regional insights to the Regional Network Manager. The role requires strong communication, documentation, relationship management, and regular local travel to meet drivers.

Processes and monitors vendor invoices, identifies and corrects invoice issues, helps onboard invoice pulls, checks for duplicate charges and payment accuracy, runs basic SQL queries and reports, and maintains task documentation. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to SQL, data pipelines, and AI coding tools while emphasizing attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and adaptability.
