As a Workflow Solutions Specialist, you will architect and implement technical solutions across platforms, focusing on Zendesk and Salesforce, to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Own and maintain accuracy of system-generated shipment rates by aligning system rates to approved rate cards, configuring and auditing rates, diagnosing discrepancies, and coordinating with Pricing, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to protect billing accuracy, margins, and supplier trust.

As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will manage system integrations between Airspace's platform and customer systems, ensuring effective data flow and technical specifications while collaborating with engineering and customer teams.
