Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, approvals, payments, driver payments, employee expenses, vendor records, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Support month-end close, 1099 processing, vendor credits, and ad hoc projects. Support full-cycle recruiting and candidate coordination using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter; source candidates, schedule interviews, maintain ATS data, assist with offers and onboarding, and provide general HRIS and compliance support across HR operations.

Translate complex customer SOPs into precise, JSON-defined workflows and configure mobile driver workflows. Partner with onboarding, product, and operations to gather requirements, test and evolve configurations, build reusable components, and measure workflow adherence and automation to improve service reliability.
