Support and evolve internal infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. Administer enterprise systems, identity and access (SSO/MFA), endpoint protection, backups and DR. Automate workflows with scripting and API integrations, monitor system health, participate in on‑call rotations, and collaborate with IT Support, Security, and Engineering to improve reliability, security, and scalability.

Manage and qualify inbound leads, conduct research, pitch ASO solutions and DATACUBE capabilities, prepare client-facing materials, support the business development team, maintain prospect relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and client outcomes.

Lead growth strategy, retention, and revenue expansion for a portfolio of mobile app clients. Drive budget expansion, present performance to executives, mentor team members, run cross-functional initiatives, and use attribution, analytics, and AI tools to inform data-driven recommendations and operational improvements.
