Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys across email, SMS, push, mobile wallet and web. Manage segmentation, A/B testing, reporting, training, and platform adoption while providing insights, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to improve customer outcomes.

Improve and scale Airship's distributed data systems by reading and writing Java code, diagnosing performance and cost issues, implementing architecture and library changes, deploying improvements, responding to reliability incidents, and collaborating with backend engineers.
