Serves as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise clients, managing escalations, technical account plans, business reviews, integrations, architecture guidance, and system optimization. Partners with Product and Engineering, creates technical documentation, mentors Technical Account Managers, identifies expansion opportunities, and uses AI tools to improve efficiency and anticipate customer needs.

Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys across email, SMS, push, mobile wallet and web. Manage segmentation, A/B testing, reporting, training, and platform adoption while providing insights, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to improve customer outcomes.

The Technology Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing strategic partnerships with technology vendors, driving revenue growth, executing co-sell motions, and collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance Airship's market presence.
