Responsibilities include monthly and annual close, GAAP financial reporting, revenue recognition, receivables, payables, cash management, inventory, controls, audits, consolidations, and post-merger integration. The Controller will standardize processes across software, hardware, and services businesses, improve automation and scalability, support budgeting and forecasting, and lead the accounting team.
