Own the end-to-end development and operation of a teleoperation web platform for humanoid robots in residential environments. Build Go/Python backends, Next.js/React applications, real-time video, audio, and telemetry systems, APIs, access controls, data integrations, and AWS infrastructure. Collaborate with robot operators, robotics engineers, and VLA/data teams while improving reliability, operator experience, and data quality.

Leads the setup and management of AIRoA’s HR function, including team direction, HR policy and regulation design, labor-risk mitigation, payroll strategy, Money Forward system operations, attendance and social insurance administration, evaluation and compensation management, onboarding, transfers, and harassment/compliance support. The role partners directly with executives and other departments to drive HR decisions and build the organization’s people infrastructure.

Deploy, commission, and manage on-site humanoid robots; diagnose and triage hardware/software/network faults; perform log analysis and RCA; recommend quality and maintainability improvements; and standardize deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
