Deploy, commission, and manage on-site humanoid robots; diagnose and triage hardware/software/network faults; perform log analysis and RCA; recommend quality and maintainability improvements; and standardize deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.

Design, implement, and tune low-level actuator firmware (FOC, dq-based current/torque loops, velocity/position control), bring up motor-control boards and sensors, implement safety mechanisms, build calibration/logging pipelines, integrate CAN FD/EtherCAT, and validate/tune control performance on humanoid and dual-arm robots.

Lead and build AIRoA’s operational foundation: support board and committee operations, design governance and internal rules, manage budgets/contracts and back-office functions, coordinate member communications and events, and implement systems to scale secretariat operations.
