Provides specialized respiratory therapy and critical care during complex interhospital air transports for adult and pediatric patients across Quebec, Canada, and internationally. Responsibilities include patient stabilization, continuous clinical assessment, medical order implementation, documentation, communication with physicians and flight teams, and collaboration with healthcare and emergency partners. The role requires autonomous clinical judgment in demanding aviation environments and follows a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation.

Coordinates medical operations, resources, deployments, communications, and daily mission support while leading and developing the medical team. Provides operational problem-solving, quality analysis, medical standby coverage, and occasional flight nursing. The role requires emergency and critical-care nursing expertise, strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stress management, and bilingual French-English proficiency.

Provides critical, emergency, and stabilization care during interhospital and aeromedical transports for adult and pediatric patients. Supports remote northern communities and international operations, working autonomously in complex, unstable environments with interdisciplinary teams. Requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and emergency-care expertise. The role offers occasional deployment schedules, travel between bases, and opportunities to develop specialized flight nursing expertise.
