Own and optimize the go-to-market technology stack, including HubSpot and sales platforms. Manage user access, configurations, integrations, data quality, vendors, documentation, and system rollouts. Build reports and dashboards, monitor GTM performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and identify automation opportunities. Principal Software Engineer responsible for the architecture, development, and technical direction of macOS and Linux endpoint agents. The role involves application-control enforcement, privileged services, OS event monitoring, secure communications, lifecycle management, installation and updates, debugging, code reviews, testing, observability, and mentoring. The engineer will collaborate across product, QA, security, support, and cloud teams while resolving complex systems, performance, reliability, and security issues.

Owns the full sales cycle, develops regional go-to-market strategies, manages forecasting and pipelines, negotiates commercial terms, and builds executive relationships. Partners with marketing, customer success, product, and legal teams to support deal execution and account growth. Requires strong cybersecurity industry knowledge, SaaS sales expertise, enterprise networking, and quota achievement.
