Develops rentals and sales of welding, power generation, and weld automation equipment within an assigned territory. Generates leads, presents solutions, prepares quotations, conducts equipment demonstrations, recommends applications, builds long-term customer relationships, meets sales goals, attends trade events, and provides customer follow-up. The role requires frequent travel, independent decision-making, effective communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Manages and grows a business and industrial sales territory by strengthening existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, conducting customer business reviews, coordinating solutions, and supporting customer decision-making. The role requires consultative B2B selling, stakeholder alignment, account planning, product knowledge, margin awareness, and collaboration across Airgas product lines. Travel within the assigned territory and minimal overnight stays are required.

Provides inside sales and customer service for industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and safety supplies. Advises customers on products and equipment, processes orders and payments, completes pricing and transaction paperwork, coordinates deliveries and merchandise transfers, supports outbound calls, maintains showroom displays, and organizes cylinders and pallets. The role also requires safe material handling, shelf stocking, and occasional heavy lifting.
