This is a scrappy, startup editorial role requiring outreach, pitching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and pipeline.

Lead and own end-to-end accounting: monthly close, revenue recognition, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. Convert books to full accrual, migrate from QuickBooks to a modern ERP, rebuild the chart of accounts, manage multi-jurisdiction indirect tax/compliance, prepare the company for audits, connect accounting to operational data systems, and hire/mentor a lean in-house accounting team while partnering across operations, product, and sales.
