The Network Engineer ensures service availability, provisions network services, and supports engineering teams while managing troubleshooting and configuration of network equipment.

Design, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux platforms and hypervisors (KVM/ESXi/Hyper-V). Deliver, automate, and secure high-availability network services (SD-WAN, IPsec, SSHd, SBCs, QoS, AAA/TACACS), manage hardware and RAID/filesystems, perform AD integration, scripting, OS installs, backups/restores, and system troubleshooting to support global customer-facing telecom services.

Provide NOC Tier 3 support: manage monitoring systems, troubleshoot and isolate network faults, provision and configure core network devices, liaise with 3rd parties, perform hardware installs and audits, write monitoring plugins, maintain documentation, and participate in 24x7 call-out rotation as needed.
