Designs and develops electrical systems, PCBs, prototypes, and software for sustaining and new product projects. Performs testing, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and design reviews, and transitions products from engineering to manufacturing. The role requires expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics, firmware, C/C++, PCB design, and communication circuits. The engineer also supports production improvements, quality enhancement, cost reduction, and innovative medical product development.

Designs and develops system-level and PCB-level electrical products, including prototypes, testing, integration, documentation, and software development. Supports new product development and sustaining engineering, transitions products into manufacturing, improves existing designs for quality and cost, participates in design reviews, and troubleshoots EMI/EMC issues. The role is fully onsite in Creedmoor, North Carolina, with minimal travel.

Leads the company’s legal function and advises the CEO, senior management, and board on corporate strategy, governance, compliance, transactions, litigation, financing, intellectual property, and employment matters. The General Counsel negotiates critical contracts, manages outside counsel, oversees legal resources, supports acquisitions and joint ventures, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
