Support customers with complex database integration issues while contributing directly to Airbyte’s Java and Kotlin open-source connectors. Troubleshoot replication, CDC, query performance, authentication, networking, schema evolution, and warehouse or lake destinations. Reproduce bugs, inspect logs and query plans, improve connector reliability, review community contributions, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success. The role also includes technical documentation, mentoring support engineers, customer onboarding, and developing AI-assisted troubleshooting processes.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Airbyte, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Manage enterprise accounts, build pipeline, lead complex multi-stakeholder evaluations, engage technical and executive buyers, develop value-based business cases, and achieve bookings targets. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success while navigating security, legal, procurement, and commercial processes.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close, managing inbound and outbound opportunities across strategic accounts. Build executive and technical relationships, lead discovery, quantify business value, manage technical evaluations, navigate procurement and negotiations, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and achieve bookings targets. The role requires selling complex SaaS, cloud, data, or developer-tool solutions to enterprise customers using MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
