Lead customer-facing technical implementations of Airbyte, design AI-powered data pipelines and agent integrations, troubleshoot databases and API integrations, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, and create technical content and evangelism to drive adoption and retention.

Sell Airbyte to mid-market technical buyers (CTO/CIO, data engineers/scientists). Manage full deal cycle from prospecting to close, grow accounts via land-and-expand, and provide product and competitive feedback across teams.

Lead and grow a Platform engineering team owning cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment automation, observability, and reliability. Drive platform roadmap, incident response, automation to reduce toil, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows while balancing velocity and long-term architecture.

Own and improve infrastructure for the Data Replication platform: Kubernetes, CI/CD, secrets, networking, cloud (AWS/GCP). Drive reliability, observability, AI-augmented tooling, canary rollouts, incident reduction, runbooks, and partner with product engineers.

Build internal platform products and user-facing features across the full stack using React/TypeScript and scalable backend services. Create developer tools, deployment dashboards, observability and automation to improve developer experience, reliability, and operations. Collaborate with SREs, product, and design; mentor engineers and drive platform engineering standards.

Build the AI runtime for trustworthy agents: design orchestration, entity resolution, context assembly, connector orchestration, evidence retrieval, permissions and action policies. Own end-to-end features, prototype rapidly, implement evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer teams to deliver production-grade agent capabilities.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for a portfolio of accounts: build pipeline from inbound and outbound, lead multi-stakeholder technical evaluations, apply MEDDPICC and value-selling, partner with Solutions Engineering, close new business, navigate procurement and security, and drive expansion and accurate forecasting to hit quarterly bookings targets.
