Own day-to-day accounting operations and reporting (GL, AP/AR, month-end close) ensuring US GAAP compliance. Manage a Senior Accountant and outsourced accounting team, shorten and automate the close, support audits, apply ASC 606/842, implement accounting systems, partner cross-functionally, and perform variance analysis. Grow to lead the accounting function and drive automation using modern tooling and AI.
