Supports competency management and training development in an aerospace manufacturing facility. Maintains employee learning profiles, identifies competency gaps, coordinates training requests, tracks KPI progress, aligns new-hire training paths, facilitates classroom instruction, and manages recertification sessions. The role partners with production teams and stakeholders to ensure training compliance with FAA, TCCA, EASA, and applicable quality management systems.

Supports daily HR operations and high-visibility projects involving onboarding, leadership development, employee engagement, and workplace safety. Assists with planning HR and EHS engagement activities, creates leadership-facing deliverables, handles confidential information, and collaborates with employees across departments. The internship provides exposure to HR operations, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Accounting intern supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including vendor invoice processing, customer payment reconciliation, journal entries, month-end tasks, data cleanup, account reconciliation, and invoice dispute resolution. The role also involves auditing legacy accounts, identifying automation opportunities using Gemini, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a 12-week, fully onsite summer internship in Peachtree City, Georgia.
