Manage and perform industrial process qualification (IQ) audits for the plant, execute validation activities, complete and ensure consistency of IQ reports in the IQ tool, coordinate root cause analyses and follow up corrective/preventive actions, and verify application of quality rules while supporting compliance.

Define and maintain calibration requirements and procedures for precision measurement equipment, perform MSA/Gauge R&R studies, analyze calibration data, manage calibration records, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance (AS9100/ISO 17025). Provide training and support for metrology equipment and procurement qualification.

Perform preliminary and detailed structural design, sizing and trade studies for metallic and composite aircraft structures; run linear/nonlinear static and fatigue analyses using FEM, troubleshoot DFEM/GFEM input decks, script FE model building/post-processing, and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver manufacturable, cost- and time-effective solutions.
