Support the C&B Team Leader for two Japanese entities, handling payroll, year‑end tax adjustments, social insurance, retirement allowance and contract administration; assist policy review, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and HRIS compensation modules; prepare English reports for APAC HQ; lead process improvements and SOPs; advise stakeholders and external partners; train HR colleagues and support mobility documentation and HR projects.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and plant operations, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, purchase orders, expense reporting, event planning, visitor logistics, PPE distribution, and office supply management. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, proofreading, critical thinking, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Concur, and SAP. It is fully onsite in Kinston, North Carolina, with travel under 5%.

Design and integrate multisensor data-fusion functions for Airbus aircraft CNS architectures. Responsibilities include defining requirements, developing and validating signal-processing algorithms, supporting safety, certification, verification and validation activities, and deploying functions on current and future aircraft. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, testing, certification, academic, and industry stakeholders while meeting project delivery, cost, quality, and performance targets.
