Own day-to-day IT operations for approximately 140 Windows and Mac systems across two sites. Provide end-user support, configure devices, maintain asset inventories, troubleshoot networks, coordinate ISP and vendor issues, administer Google Workspace, manage access and SSO, deploy endpoint security, enforce device controls, support AWS access requests, and document IT processes. The role is the sole on-site IT resource and includes periodic travel to field operations.

Lead Airbound's content, communications, and employer brand. Write press materials, case studies, blogs, social and website copy; support PR strategy; manage agencies and vendors; run events and activations; translate technical engineering work into clear narratives; own LinkedIn and owned channels; execute logistics so senior leaders focus on relationships.

Own visual execution and storytelling across product launches, campaigns, social, events, and employer brand. Produce print, digital, motion, and presentation assets, collaborate with engineers and vendors, and steward the Airbound brand.
