Manage and expand hotel partner relationships across Europe, support onboarding and KYC, provide tiered account support and escalations, deploy scale tactics, use data to identify growth, and communicate product updates and feedback to internal stakeholders.

Provide courteous, efficient first‑contact support via inbound/outbound calls, messages and email. Troubleshoot issues using knowledge resources, escalate appropriately, mediate disputes with empathy, meet performance targets, and work rotational 24x7 shifts supporting North America time zones from Gurgaon/Delhi.
