Launches and manages Airbnb host growth programs in Brazil, including recruitment, onboarding, community engagement, communication campaigns, events, and partnerships. Analyzes performance, forecasts growth, develops strategic plans, owns revenue and host-growth goals, and scales successful pilots. The role manages host relationships, gathers feedback for product teams, adapts global programs to local market dynamics, and leads cross-functional initiatives supporting host retention and business growth.

Leads Airbnb’s Technical Education team, overseeing technical bootcamps, EngU and DataU, lunch-and-learns, apprenticeships, and AI skills enablement. Establishes strategy, assesses skill gaps, coaches program staff, partners with stakeholders and vendors, promotes learning culture, and reports outcomes to senior leadership. Requires strong people leadership, technical education expertise, experience design, learning science knowledge, relationship-building, roadmap execution, educational technology familiarity, and data-driven program evaluation.

Lead Airbnb’s guest payments platform, including pay-ins, refunds, payment methods, processing resilience, installments, and financing solutions. Own platform strategy, roadmap, product delivery, metrics, and operational excellence while partnering with engineering, design, risk, compliance, legal, tax, and marketing teams. Manage and develop senior platform managers, influence senior stakeholders, and expand global payment capabilities across countries, currencies, and processing partners.
