Implement and continuously improve the Flight Data Analysis and Monitoring Program across the airline group. Maintain and enhance FDM software, configure and troubleshoot aviation data systems, monitor event-triggering logic, ensure secure and compliant data storage, and coordinate with IT, avionics specialists, service providers, and safety teams. The role also supports safety risk assessment, regulatory compliance, SOP development, budgeting, KPI tracking, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensures airline compliance with Indian aviation regulations and government policies. Coordinates regulatory approvals, licenses, permits, certifications, audits, inspections, documentation, and corrective actions. Monitors regulatory changes, maintains compliance records, supports internal procedures, and engages with DGCA, BCAS, AAI, MoCA, and other authorities.

Leads corporate governance, company secretarial, statutory compliance, Board and Committee support across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Advises Directors and senior leadership on governance, legal, regulatory, commercial, M&A, restructuring, litigation, and corporate matters. Oversees filings, records, subsidiary governance, regulators, external counsel, governance transformation, and Board education. Manages and mentors the company secretarial team while supporting strategic corporate exercises and departmental continuity.
