Lead the localization and integration of Airalo’s global MVNO core platform across Latin American markets. Translate regulatory and partner requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and engineering deliverables. Coordinate with MNOs, regulators, partners, and core network teams on number portability, voice and SMS routing, lawful interception, reporting, and compliance. Manage country-level dependencies and risks while mentoring analysts and delivery teams and supporting scalable, compliant solution design.

Design and develop scalable PHP backend systems supporting a global travel connectivity platform. Lead distributed systems and service-oriented architecture initiatives, improve performance through caching and database optimization, enforce clean code and testing standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and DevOps on technical roadmaps. Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 service reliability.
