Design, maintain, and optimize HLR/HSS/UDM subscriber templates and roaming logic. Lead Full MVNO profile deployments, collaborate with roaming partners and system integrators, define HLR/HSS KPIs, and troubleshoot signalling using Wireshark and roaming platforms.

Lead and grow an analytics engineering team to build self-service analytics: own semantic layer, core dbt models, dashboards, and Lightdash adoption. Establish governance, modeling standards, testing, documentation, and enablement while partnering with analysts and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, production-quality data products.

Build and maintain high-volume backend services and APIs using PHP (Laravel/Symfony). Optimize database queries, implement queues and event-driven patterns, write unit and feature tests, apply SOLID/OOP principles, debug across the stack, and collaborate with product and senior engineers. Participate in a paid on-call rotation to ensure global service reliability.
