Designs and operates global telecom core network infrastructure, including data center networks, WAN strategy, GRX/IPX interconnects, roaming integrations, and mobile network elements. Troubleshoots signaling and user-plane transport, optimizes the core network, supports deployments and performance improvements, trains teams, and coordinates with platform, operations, vendors, and roaming partners.

Owns host mobile network operator partnerships and market launches for Airalo’s MVNO operations. Responsibilities include identifying and negotiating wholesale agreements, developing business cases, supporting regulatory approvals, coordinating technical integrations, managing launch readiness, overseeing post-launch service performance, reconciling invoices, analyzing traffic and margins, and renegotiating commercial terms. The role requires strong mobile telecommunications, MVNO architecture, commercial negotiation, financial modeling, regulatory, and service management expertise, with occasional international travel.

Lead Growth forecasting, planning, and operating cadence; allocate budget across regions/channels using CAC/LTV and ROI; partner with Data, Finance, Product and Brand to translate analytics into decisions; run regional deep dives, scenario planning, and cross-functional projects to improve growth efficiency and execution.
