Supervise day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance at a liquid CO2 plant. Troubleshoot processes, manage projects, train and develop staff, coordinate drivers and fleet activities, interface with customers and commercial teams, investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Provide on-call and weekend coverage as needed.

Provide project engineering and maintenance support for customer installations: site surveys, design, cost estimates, execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Manage commercial and contractual performance for regional operations, handling pricing, indexation, invoicing, claims, contract changes, negotiations, and receivables. Build customer relationships, support new projects and commercial opportunities, and collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely, compliant execution.
