Serve as primary customer contact to retain and grow ship-to accounts, develop new prospects, negotiate profitable contracts, ensure on-site safety compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, provide market feedback, and support margin and price improvement initiatives while coaching team members.

Specify and select valves, piping, and mechanical equipment to APCI standards; review P&IDs and project drawings; develop construction packages, cost details and schedules; participate in design hazards reviews; lead resolution of technical issues across project phases; ensure compliance with standards and codes; manage project delivery on time, safely, within budget; report status and archive project documentation to EDMS/OpenText.

Supervise 10–12 operators at a 3,600 mTon/day ammonia plant and 70,000 MT storage, ensuring safe operations, regulatory and environmental compliance, maintenance coordination, incident response, pipeline interface, budget and turnaround support, SAP payroll entry, and leading safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
