Own and execute channel strategy across distribution, retail, and consumer channels. Manage UPP pricing policy, competitive pricing analysis, promotions, co-op and incentive programs, merchandising initiatives, channel alignment, point-of-purchase materials, and expansion opportunities. Partner with sales leadership to drive profitable growth, consistent policy application, customer alignment, and effective sell-through.

Owns supply chain and supplier-quality projects from definition through verified closure. Manages milestones, risks, dependencies, corrective actions, and cross-functional execution while providing technical support for engineering changes, supplier qualification, APQP/PPAP readiness, validation, and production launches. Interprets engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements, supports supplier capability assessments, and resolves cost, quality, delivery, and supply-continuity issues with suppliers and internal teams.
