Owns the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Partners with leaders to define hiring needs, build talent strategies, source candidates, facilitate interviews, and close offers. Maintains compliance with employment laws, strengthens employer branding, and improves recruiting processes using metrics and best practices. The role also requires managing multiple initiatives, advising hiring teams, and representing the organization at career events.

Generates sales and develops customer accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, relationship management, territory analysis, resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams, reporting market intelligence, and participating in trade shows. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and preferably an electrical engineering background or automation/fluid power industry experience.

Sells company products and services within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, securing new accounts, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The role analyzes market potential, manages customer value plans, reports market activity, attends trade shows, and executes territory sales strategies. A valid Kentucky driver’s license is required, with engineering or related industry experience preferred.
