Executes AIRCO’s brand communications across social media, PR, content, events, trade shows, and activations. Creates written, visual, presentation, and short-form video assets; translates technical milestones into accessible content; supports earned media; coordinates vendors and onsite experiences; and manages marketing calendars and delivery timelines. The role requires strong writing, presentation, visual judgment, organization, and hands-on use of modern marketing and creative tools.

Designs electrical systems for modular e-fuel equipment, including single- and three-line diagrams, panels, load calculations, cable routing, grounding, safety circuits, equipment specifications, and bills of materials. Collaborates with mechanical, process, and controls engineers to integrate electrical designs. The role requires extensive OEM machine-building experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and onsite work in New Britain, Pennsylvania.

Own day-to-day People Operations, including multi-state payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, recruiting operations, onboarding, employee records, performance cycles, compliance, reporting, policies, and employee support. Partner with Finance, IT, EHS, Legal, and business leaders to improve systems, manage vendors, support workforce planning, and automate processes. This hybrid role requires in-person work three days weekly in New Britain, Pennsylvania.

Develop first-principles process simulations and mechanistic models for reactions, separations, and integrated SAF production; apply modeling and data analytics to support scale-up and process design; convert lab/pilot results into engineering design inputs; lead experiments and pilot campaigns to validate models and de-risk commercialization; collaborate cross-functionally to advance technology to commercial deployment.

Lead process design engineer responsible for flowsheet development, process simulation, mass and heat balances, equipment selection and sizing, PFD/P&ID and datasheet generation, HAZOP reviews, liaison with R&D, operations, EPCs and customers, and mentoring engineering teams through FEL/FEED and commissioning.

Support process development and project design engineering for lab and pilot plant work. Build process flow schemes, develop engineering templates and tools, review documentation, analyze data, and support cross-functional development and safety compliance under direction of senior engineers.
