Develop first-principles process simulations and mechanistic models for reactions, separations, and integrated SAF production; apply modeling and data analytics to support scale-up and process design; convert lab/pilot results into engineering design inputs; lead experiments and pilot campaigns to validate models and de-risk commercialization; collaborate cross-functionally to advance technology to commercial deployment.

Lead process design engineer responsible for flowsheet development, process simulation, mass and heat balances, equipment selection and sizing, PFD/P&ID and datasheet generation, HAZOP reviews, liaison with R&D, operations, EPCs and customers, and mentoring engineering teams through FEL/FEED and commissioning.

Manage three core MAD program workstreams (Feedstocks, Power Source, Systems Requirements), coordinate vendors and partners, track program metrics, evaluate partnerships for TRL and MRL, support proposal submissions, and present program updates to senior leadership.

Support process development and project design engineering for lab and pilot plant work. Build process flow schemes, develop engineering templates and tools, review documentation, analyze data, and support cross-functional development and safety compliance under direction of senior engineers.
