Own time-to-first-verification metric, build onboarding playbooks, SLAs, escalation and incident response protocols, knowledge base, and a support organization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and founders to reduce onboarding time, improve SLAs, and create reliable voice-of-customer feedback loops.

Lead design and delivery of scalable backend systems, APIs, and data orchestration for global compliance. Own features end-to-end, ensure reliability, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product and architecture decisions.

The Growth Marketing Generalist will execute marketing strategies including paid ads, content creation, and lead generation while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
