Administer Microsoft 365, Jira, and DocuSign; troubleshoot complex issues across platforms, devices, networks, and identity systems; perform root-cause analysis; maintain documentation and governance; monitor system health; mentor support staff; and improve automation, workflows, and user enablement.

Supports and improves peer review and editorial workflows across a scholarly publishing portfolio. Responsibilities include documenting processes, implementing workflow enhancements, supporting manuscript-tracking system projects, monitoring vendor performance, maintaining operational dashboards, analyzing workflow metrics, coordinating stakeholders, and promoting compliance with editorial quality and research integrity standards.

Owns the strategic direction, growth, and performance of an academic journal portfolio. Responsibilities include editorial content strategy, industry analysis, researcher and editor engagement, editorial board management, performance reporting, open science initiatives, cross-functional process improvement, and mentoring. The role requires scholarly publishing expertise, strong communication, data literacy, stakeholder management, and experience working with researchers and academic communities.
