Supervise day-to-day accounting, treasury, and operations for a real estate portfolio. Train and manage internal and outsourced accounting staff, oversee month-end close, audits, budgets, draw process, and participate in deal closings and financing. Improve accounting workflows, coordinate with internal teams, lenders, investors, and external advisors, and lead ad hoc projects.
