All fulfillment and user support services are performed in house by aINSIGHT personnel from our Florida headquarters or our Arizona satellite office.
We are proactive advocates for key industry initiatives through ongoing involvement in professional organizations such as the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA, formerly NAPBS), HR Open Standards, Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA), Security & Licensing Association (SILA) and the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA).
