Aims Community College Benefits Overview

Develop and manage long-term industry partnerships and customized corporate training contracts. Identify grants and funding, write proposals, negotiate and close deals, manage budgets, vet trainers and incubator companies, maintain CRM and project systems, and represent the college at community and industry events. Support AWIC and assist the Executive Director as needed. Temporary two-year role with some evening/weekend work possible.

The role covers various student services tasks, focusing on student registration, records compliance, and communication with stakeholders while providing support for special projects and system evaluations.
